After the door was closed, the sealing gap around the door was controlled within 0.5 cm, ensuring that the pressure difference in the clean area remained stable within the GMP required range of 5-10 Pa. The second was the upgrade of the servo quick sensing system. The door body´s lifting speed could reach 1.2 m/s. During the entire process of forklift entry and exit, the response time for opening and closing was no more than 0.3 seconds, significantly reducing the opening time and fundamentally reducing the risk of temperature and humidity fluctuations. The third was the installation of an infrared anti-pinch and safety airbag dual protection system. Combined with the flexible door body´s anti-collision rebound design, even if the forklift accidentally scraped, the door body would not deform, eliminating the need for frequent shutdown and maintenance.
